Welcome to Casabella Rental Scooter. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Riding Eligibility & License

The rider must possess a valid, original driving license suitable for driving a two-wheeler in India. International tourists must hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or a valid national driving license from their home country along with their passport.

2. Security Deposit & Payments

All rental fees must be paid in advance before taking delivery of the vehicle. A refundable security deposit is required for all vehicles. This deposit will be returned in full upon vehicle return, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received, without damage, and on the agreed time.

3. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

The rented vehicle must only be used by the authorized rider who signed the rental agreement. The rider is strictly responsible for complying with all local traffic laws and regulations in Kerala and India. The rider is fully responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, toll charges, or legal infractions during the rental period.

4. Accidents & Damages

In case of any damage, crash, or accident, the renter is liable to pay for the cost of repairs and parts replacement. In the event of theft or total loss of the vehicle, the renter is liable for the current market value of the vehicle. Any technical breakdowns must be reported immediately to Casabella customer support.

5. Fuel Policy

We provide vehicles with a minimal amount of fuel to reach the nearest petrol station. The renter must return the vehicle with a similar fuel level as received, or purchase fuel independently. No refunds are provided for excess fuel left in the tank.

6. Delay Penalties

Late returns will attract a late fee calculated on an hourly basis. Renters must inform us at least 4 hours in advance if they wish to extend their rental period, subject to vehicle availability.
